I am Amol Paliwal age 44 from New Jersey USA. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude. I joined Yoga classes 3 months ago after one of my friend recommended to join Kshitij Centre of Yog online

classes looking at me suffering from neck issues, shoulder pain and fatigue due to nature of my job requiring me to sitting long hours in front of laptop.

Now after 3 months things have changed for me no neck or shoulder pain, fatigue is gone away. I used to go for a walk where I could hardly do 1000 steps, now I can walk almost 8000 steps without any breaks.

Overall, these online Yoga sessions have helped me improve my health and lifestyle. Geetha madam has been exceptional in giving personal attention to all students and ensuring you do it right. I was little bit unsure how this will work as it’s a online class but Geetha Madam changed my perspective with her teaching skills.
