We cannot avoid being ill in today's polluted environment but through yoga and pranayam we can acquire the energy to overcome pressure and survive stressful conditions.
This brought immense health awareness in me & I decided to take a step further by learning the art of yoga for better living and attaining better immunity for myself. Moreover seeing my mother Mrs. Maria teaching and spreading the knowledge of yoga gave me great inspiration.
I would like to thank Dr. Kshitija for teaching us great things about life through yoga. I am sure this knowledge gained today is going a a long way in our lifwe. Yoga & Pranayam certainly helps to have a good balanced mental and physical health.
